On 11/17/19 at 4:40 p.m. & again on 11/21/19 at 2:45 p.m. the pictured suspect entered Kohls and selected Google "Nest" Thermostat's and Google "Nest" Doorbell's totaling over $900.00.  The suspect concealed the items on his person and fled the store to a "faded" black colored Mitsubishi Lancer sedan.  During the incident on 11/21/2019, the suspect had a young child / toddler with him.  Police are requesting assistance with identifying the suspect.  Anyone with information is requested to contact Ofc. **Update, the suspect has been identified as Norman Clifton-Coleman (33 year old male from the 700 block of Lime Street Lancaster, PA).  Thank you to tipsters for information that lead to the identity of the suspect.**
