On 1/11/16, Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition charges were filed against Todd Landon HEALEY Sr, age 50, of Elizabethtown, for the 12/27/15, theft at the Aldi Food store.    HEALEY was identified through surveillance photos and admitted to committing the theft.   Stolen property was recovered.

1/7/16, The suspects have been identified.    Theft investigation continues.

At 4:22 pm, Sunday, 12/27/15, the four suspects pictured in the attached surveillance photo stole a shopping bag groceries from the register counter that had been selected and paid for by another shopper.   The two male and two female suspects check the unattended bag several times before placing it in their cart.    Anyone with information on the identity or whereabouts of the suspects are asked to submit a tip or contact ELTPD Officer Bryan Kondras at (717) 291-4676.
