On 11/19/2019 at approximately 11:30 a.m., the pictured vehicle was occupied by suspect(s) who were involved in forcibly entering the victim's vehicle while in the parking lot of Rockvale Outlets (35 S. Willow Dale Dr. Lancaster, PA).  The vehicle is described as a medium colored 2005-2008 Chevrolet Uplander mini-van.  The mini-van may have minor damage on the right rear bumper area and has no wheel covers on the right side.  Anyone with information is requested to contact Det.
