On 11/22/15, ELTPD responded to the parking lot of the Golden Corral restaurant for a discovered theft from vehicle.    The vehicle was found to be forcibly entered by shattering a side window.   A purse laying in plain view on the drivers seat was taken.  The purse contained a substancial amount of cash along with the victim's credit cards and identification.    The attached surveillance photos show the suspect looking into parked cars, then leaving in a dark colored Honda sedan.   This incident is similar to a recent spree of forced entry into vehicles with property in plain view along the Lincoln Highway business strip.   Anyone with information is asked to submit a tip or contact East Lampeter Twp Police at (717) 291-4676.
