Reported to ELTPD that between 2:05 pm and 5:45 pm, Thursday, 4/23, two delivered packages by UPS were stolen from outside the front door of an apartment in the 2200 blk of William Penn Way.  The packages were shipped from Overstock.com and contained a Cuisinart cooking set and an Egyptian cotton sheet set.   This is the second reported incident of delivered packages being stolen in the complex.   Anyone with information is asked to submit a tip on the ELTPD Website/Facebook page or call (717) 291-4676.
