At 12:40 pm, Wednesday, 10/14/15, the Black male in the attached surveillance photos entered the HACC Library and stole a Droid smartphone from a student using a computer.   The suspect left the campus in a silver Mazda sedan with tinted windows.   The suspect is described as a Black male with an average build, wearing a dark baseball cap, black vest, blue collared shirt and khaki shorts.  Anyone with information on the identity or whereabouts of the suspect is asked to submit a tip or contact East Lampeter Twp Police Officer Heather Waltman at (717) 291-4676.
