On 11/25/15, ELTPD responded to the Wal-Mart parking lot for a strong arm robbery of a cell phone that just occurred.   A female  victim reported that she had placed a cell phone for sale on a Facebook Yard Sale site.   A male answered the ad and they agreed to meet in the Wal-Mart parking lot.   The victim was met by two Hispanic males   One of the males reached into her car and forced the phone out of her hands.   Both suspects ran from the scene in the direction of Greenland Village.   ELTPD detectives and patrol officers located the suspects at a residence in the 500 blk of Greenland Dr.  The were identified as Jose PADILLE-ALVAREZ, age 27, and Anthony PEREZ, age 18, both of Greenland Dr.   Both suspects were charged with Robbery and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery and committed to Lancaster Co. Prison.
