On 1/13/2020, the pictured male was apparently feeling "sluggish" because he entered Weis Markets (1603 Lincoln Highway East) and selected (10) packs of energy drinks, (1) pack of V8 Pineapple Passion drinks, (1) package of toilet paper and (2) Honey Bun pastries.  The male enters the self check out area and legitimately scanned the pastries.  He then acts as if he is scanning the rest of the groceries but fails to do so.  He pays for the pastries and then exits the store without paying for the additional $118 worth of products.  The male is observed entering a white Honda Accord (possibly late 90's model).  Police are requesting assistance in identifying the male.  Anyone with information is requested to contact officer Westerman (717 291-4676) or click on the submit a tip button below.
