At approximately 2:30 pm on 03/04/2021, a team consisting of the pictured female and male entered the Famous Footwear Store at Tanger Outlets.  The female concealed a pair of Vans sneakers in a Osh Kosh bag before handing off the loot to the male who then exits the store without paying the full retail amount.  If you can help identify the suspects, please contact the East Lampeter Township Police Department.
