At approximately 6pm on 12-23-2020, 2 female suspects entered Famous Footwear at Tanger Outlets stealing merchandise.  Suspect 1 is described as a mid-20's, with braided hair worn in a bun and having blonde highlights, about 5'08".  Suspect 2 is mid 20's hair pulled into a bun, approximately 5'04 and pushing a baby stroller with a small child.  Anyone with information on the identity of the suspects please contact the East Lampeter Township Police Department.
