On 8/31/15, ELTPD responded to the Dollie & Me Outlet located in the Rockvale Square Outlets complex.  It was discovered that at approximately 6:30 pm, Saturday, 8/29/15, two Hispanic females and a Hispanic male acted together to conceal and steal two dolls and clothing valued at $223.   The suspects commit the theft in the presence of a young boy.   The suspects can be seen concealing the merchandise in the attached surveillance videos.   The male suspect is seen concealing an doll inside his pants and the two female suspects conceal another doll and doll clothing in a shopping bag.  The suspects are described as Hispanic, age 25-40, with dark hair.   One female suspect wearing dark clothing has a medium build and the other two suspects have heavy builds.   Anyone with information on the suspects is asked to submit a tip or contact ELTPD Officer Bryan Kondras at (717) 291-4676.
