At approximately 10:30am on August 22, 2022 the pictured male entered the Wal-Mart 2034 Lincoln Hwy East and selected a store owned electric scooter to use.  The male then loads nearly $900 in merchandise and attempts to exit the store without paying.  After being stopped by Loss Prevention, the male hops off of the scooter and runs out to the parking lot before fleeing in a light blue Honda Civic; the car was operated by a white female wearing a yellow dress.  While out in the parking lot, the male suspect brandished a knife.
