On 10/24/2020 at approximately 4:45 p.m., the pictured suspects entered the Coach Factory Outlet Store (Tanger Outlets).  The female selected 5 handbags (valued over $1,880) and handed them to the male (pushing the stroller) who concealed the bags in the rear of the stroller.  The suspects appeared to be with a teenage male and young child (in the stroller).  Police are requesting assistance in identifying the suspects involved in this incident.  Anyone with information is requested to contact police at 717 291-4676 or click on the submit a tip button below.
