On 12/30/2019 the victim reported an unidentified person fraudulently opened a Target credit card (Redcard) at 2385 Covered Bridge Dr. (East Lampeter Township) on 12/1/2019 at approximately 6:40 p.m.  In the video, the suspect (male with facial hair / dark skinned / apparent leg injury or medical condition) used fraudulent identification pretending to be the victim to open a Target credit card.  On 12/1/2019, the card was then used for $500 worth of purchases.  Police are requesting assistance in identifying the male.  Anyone with information is requested to contact Det.
