On 12/24/15, ELTPD received two reports of a building and vehicles being vandalized with spray paint at businesses in the 100 Blk Independence Court.    During the early morning hours of 12/24/15, two company trucks at Rexel, and the business building at Overhead Door Co. of Lancaster were vandalized with graffiti using spray paint and permanent markers.   Damage estimate has not been determined.
