On 12/4/15, ELTPD responded to a theft of a purse at Wal-Mart, 2034 Lincoln Highway East.    Victim reported that her purse was stolen from her shopping cart while shopping inside Wal-Mart.   The purse contained an undetermined amount of gift cards.
