At 3:30 pm, Wednesday, 2/24/16, a white 2000 Buick Century sedan driven by Ryan C. HARTRANFT, age 36, of Lititz, was traveling southbound on Greenfield Rd and collided into the wall of the Railroad overpass.  HARTRANFT was not injured from the impact.   The vehicle required towing due to the impact damage.  HARTRANFT was placed under arrest for DUI at the scene.   Anyone with information on the accident is asked to contact East Lampeter Twp Police at (717) 291-4676.
