ELTPD received a report that a vehicle was damaged while parked at the Low Places Night Club, 2250 Lincoln Highway East.  Owner reported that his vehicle was severely 'keyed" while inside Low Places between 10:30 pm Saturday 8/15 and 12;30 am Sunday 8/16.   The vehicle had deep scratches on along the engine hood and roof form a metallic object.  Damage is estimated at over $1,000.
