At 1:30 pm, Thursday, 11/5/15, an unknown Black male passed two Counterfeit $100 bills at the Wine & Spirits Shop, 1622 Lincoln Highway East.   The suspect was described as a Black male in his 50's, with a beard, stocky build, wearing black clothing and a gray hat.   The suspect purchased a bottle of Henessey liquor and asked for change for the other $100 bill.  The suspect was with a Black female in her 40's, who was holding a baby.   Anyone with information is asked to contact East Lampeter Twp Police at (717) 291-4676.
