What is a Police Trauma Dog?
The purpose of a Police Trauma Dog is to fill a void most cannot, while healing the hearts of everyone they meet. Law enforcement is faced with countless traumatic events on daily basis, a Trauma K9 will be able to provide peer support, morale and promote mental health awareness internally for each agency, as well as provide emotional support for victims of crimes, and be utilized to bridge the gap between law enforcement and the communities they serve. Stop in and say hi to Seija!
