On Saturday, 6/13/15, ELTPD responded to the Stride Rite Outlet store in Rockvale Square for a discovered theft of a wallet from the store stock room.  The employee's wallet was stolen between 6:30 pm and 7:15 pm and contained the victim's identification, credit cards and cash.   At 7:30 pm the victim's credit cards were used in succession by the same suspect attempting to purchase $430.99 worth of merchandise at the Target store on Lincoln Highway East.  Suspect is described as a heavyset Black female, 40-50 years of age, with long braided hair worn down.   Surveillance photo of the suspect is attached.  Anyone with information on the identity of the suspect is asked to submit a tip or call ELTPD Officer Doug Immel  at (717) 291-4676.
