On 9/26/2019 at approximately 2:40 p.m., a patron of Rutters accidentally left his wallet on a counter inside the store.  The wallet was stolen and subsequently there were multiple attempts to use the victims credit/debit card at the Wine and Spirits store in Columbia.  The stolen card was also used at the Walmart in East York by the pictured suspects.  Police are requesting assistance in identifying the pictured suspects.  Anyone with information is requested to contact Ofc.
