On 11/20/2019 at approximately 7:45 p.m., the pictured male entered the Famous Footwear outlet store and selected a pair of pink "Vans" sneakers.  He concealed the sneakers in his coat and fled the store without paying for them.  Police are requesting assistance in identifying the tattooed male (neck, chest and hand tattoo's).
