At approximately 7:45pm on August 28, 2021, the pictured male concealed a number of items in a store bag and attempted to exit the Wal-Mart 2034 Lincoln Hwy East without paying.  After being stopped by Loss Prevention, many of the items were recovered; however, the subject fled still with some merchandise driving away in a blue Subaru Forester.  Please contact the East Lampeter Township Police if you are familiar with this individual or have additional information regarding this incident.
