At approximately 5:45pm on August 15, 2021 the pictured female exited the Wal-Mart store 2034 Lincoln Hwy East with a cart of unpaid merchandise.  The woman was accompanied by the pictured male and both are suspected of having stolen items from the store previously.  The couple left the parking lot driving the pictured light blue SUV.  Anyone with information on the theft or can identify the subjects is asked to contact the East Lampeter Township Police Department.
