East Lampeter Township Police are investigating multiple incidents of retail theft which occurred at the Tanger Outlet Center (Famous Footwear & Nike Factory Store) on July 22nd and September 14th, 2025. The pictured subjects were involved in concealing and removing items from one or both of the stores.  We are asking for the public's assistance to help identify the pictured subjects.
