East Lampeter Township Police are investigating multiple incidents of retail theft which occurred at the Tanger Outlet Center (Coach & Michael Kors) on August 16th, 2025. The pictured subjects were involved in concealing and removing items from each of the stores.  We are asking for the public's assistance to help identify the pictured subjects.
