At 7:17 pm, Wednesday, 12/2/15, the male and female suspects, pictured in the attached surveillance photo, pushed a shopping cart containing $788.06 worth of stolen merchandise out of the Lincoln Highway East Wal-Mart.   The suspects were confronted in the Wal-Mart parking lot by Loss Prevention employees and fled on foot.   Anyone with information on the suspects is asked to submit a tip or contact ELTPD Ofc Heather Waltman at (717) 291-4676.
