1. At approximately 6:22 p.m., police were dispatched to the 1722 Motor Lodge (1722 Old Philadelphia Pike) for a disturbance.  Upon arrival, police learned of a domestic between:

JOSE MILLAN-RODRIGUEZ / 24 year old / Hispanic male / Lancaster,

RAQUEL MIRANDA-COLON / 26 year old / Hispanic female / Lancaster,

ELISH AGOSTO-COLON / 18 year old / Hispanic female / Lancaster

Jose Millan-Rodriguez charged with Harassment, Raquel Miranda-Colon charged with Disorderly Conduct and Elish Agosto-Colon charged with Public Drunkenness.

1. At approximately 2:15 p.m., a Weis Market patron (78 year old victim) parked in the lot and entered the store for approximately 15 minutes to obtain a prescription.  While inside the store, someone entered the victim’s vehicle and stole an Ipad.
