1. At approximately 12:30 a.m., an ELTPD officer initiated a traffic stop on a red pick-up truck near the intersection of Heller’s Church Rd. & W. Main Street for vehicle code violations.  The operator (MICHAEL JOHNSON / 56 YEAR OLD / WHITE MALE / LANCASTER) was arrested for DUI and transported back to the police station.  At the police station Michael Johnson refused to submit to a breath test.  Michael Johnson charged with DUI and summary violations. 
2. At approximately 2:00 a.m., police were dispatched to the parking lot of Turkey Hill (1612 Lincoln Highway East) for a male vomiting.  Upon arrival, contact was made with LOUIS JONES (37 YEAR OLD / BLACK MALE / LEOLA) in a parked car.  Louis Jones was determined to be under the influence of alcoholic beverages and was transported to his residence.  Louis Jones cited with public drunkenness. 
3. At approximately 6:45 a.m., police responded to the 00 block of North Soudersburg Rd. for a domestic incident.  DAKOTA ATWOOD (26 YEAR OLD / WHITE MALE / COATESVILLE) engaged in an argument with the victim over money during which time he flipped a small table into her.  Dakota Atwood charged with Harassment.
4. Sometime on 2/16/2020 between 2:00 – 6:00 p.m., someone entered the victim’s garage (900 block Mondale Rd.) and stole approximately $1,700 worth of tires/rims and tools.
