At 5:30 pm, Monday, 5/25/15, ELTPD responded to the 00 blk of West Center Square Road for an indecent assault of a child.   It was reported that between 3:30 pm and 4:00 pm, 5/25/15, an unknown male riding a white bicycle approached four young Amish children playing on a long farm driveway.    The male was described as a White male, 40-60 years of age, 5-07 to 5-09 in height, short hair with a ponytail and possibly a short beard riding a white bicycle.   The children had seen the male ride by the driveway several times before he approached them. The male suspect asked the children, who were all males under the age of ten, if he could see their penis and if they would like to see his penis.   When the boys said no the male suspect grabbed one of the boys and pulled his pants down exposing the victim's genitals.  The suspect then rode away on his bicycle.    The suspect has not been located or identified.  Anyone with information on the identity of the suspect is asked to submit a tip or contact ELTPD Detective Sergeant Brian Cloonan at (717) 291-4676.
