On 2/20/2020 at approximately 5:00 p.m., the pictured (2) suspects entered the Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Outlet Store (Tanger Outlets) and stole 15 "Fleece Shirts" valued at $1,349.85.  They ran out of the store and entered the pictured older model Dodge Neon (silver in color) with (white) out of state license plates.  Police are requesting assistance in nabbing these "Fleece Fanatics".  Anyone with information is requested to contact Ofc.
