On 11/4/15, ELTPD responded to Wal-mart, 2034 Lincoln Highway East for a male and female theft suspects fleeing from Loss Prevention.    The suspects were apprehended by ELTPD patrol officers on Lincoln Lincoln Highway East.   It was reported that the suspects stole merchandise valued at $119.22, then returned the stolen merchandise at the customer service desk for Wal-Mart gift cards.    The suspects were idntified as Darlene V. WOOLFORK, age 46, of Maytown and Donald Lee BEN Jr, age 52, of Lancaster City.   Both suspects were charged with Felony Retail Theft, due to prior convictions, and misdemeanor Theft by Deception.   Both suspects were committed to Lancaster Co. Prison.
