At 12:48 pm, Sunday, 5/24/15, an unknown White male entered the Gap Outlet store in the Tanger Outlet complex.    The male suspect removed an entire stack of shirts from a display shelf and conceals the shirts in a large orange bag, then walks out of the store.   The male is suspected in two other similar thefts that occurred on 5/25 and 5/27.    Loss amount has been determined at $1,399.30.   The male is described as a White male, medium build, with a bald head and glasses, wearing a blue shirt and blue jeans.   Anyone with information is asked to submit a tip or contact ELTPD Officer Jeff Nikolaus at (717) 291-4676.
