On 8/16/15, ELTPD responded to a discovered burglary and theft at a residence in the 2100 blk of New Holland Pike.   The resident returned home from a daytime event and found that entry had been made into the residence through an unlocked window.   An undetermined amount of cash currency was stolen from the residence.    A similar burglary was reported in the area over the weekend on Mondale Road.    Anyone with information is asked to submit a tip or contact East Lampeter Twp Police at (717) 291-4676.
