On 1/31/2020 at approximately 11:30 a.m., the victim was in the parking lot of Wawa (2132 Lincoln Highway East Lancater) when he accidentally dropped his wallet.  Within minutes, the pictured male picked up the victim's wallet and made no attempt to give it back to him or management at Wawa.  The suspect left the parking lot with a female in an older red sedan turning towards Greenland Drive.  At 12:19 p.m., the suspect attempted to use the victim's credit card at Footlocker (Park City) to make a purchase.  Please help us identify this crook!  Anyone with information is requested to contact Ofc.
