On 3/21/2020 at approximately 5:00 p.m., a shopper accidentally left their cell phone laying at the self-checkout register.  The pictured female observes the cell phone laying at the register and picks it up placing it into her pocket leaving the store without making any attempt to turn it over to Giant staff.  Police requesting assistance in identifying the female.  The pictured vehicle is associated with the female.  Anyone with information is requested to contact Officer Werner at 717 291-4676 or click on the submit a tip button below.
