On 1/14/2020 at approximately 4:10 p.m., the pictured female entered Target (2385 Covered Bridge Dr.) and stole a cell phone (valued $180). The suspect exited the store without paying for the merchandise.  Police are requesting assistance in identifying the cell phone lifter.  Anyone with information is requested to contact Ofc.
