At approximately 3:40pm on December 28, 2021 the pictured female entered the Michael Kors store in Tanger Outlets on Lincoln Hwy East.  She immediately walks over to a display rack removing 3 purses valued at over $980.00 and flees the store.  Please pay attention to her hooded jacket which has a patch on the left sleeve, her gold shirt with printing on the front and her black and white trimmed sneakers.  If you are familiar with this person or have any information regarding this theft, please contact the East Lampeter Township Police Department.
