A Leola resident reported that his Debit card was stolen in December and was fraudulently used at five different businesses in the Lancaster area.    The attached surveillance photos are of a male suspect that made unauthorized purchases on the stolen debit card.    The suspect is a Black male wearing all black clothing with a bandana covering his head.    The suspect was using a maroon Dodge Caravan.    Anyone with information on the identity or whereabouts of the suspect is asked to submit a tip or contact ELTPD Officer Nate Westerman at (717) 291-4676.
