On 8/4/15, the male suspect pictured in the attached surveillance photos used a cloned Debit card to purchase $600.00 worth of gift cards at the Giant store in Leola.   The fraud was discovered when the victim was notified of suspicious withdraws from the victim's checking account.  Suspect is described as a White male, 20-30 years of age, average build, with black hair and a short beard.   Anyone with information on the identity of the suspect is asked to submit a tip or contact East Lampeter Twp Police Officer Jordan Miller at (717) 291-4676.
