NLCRPD patrols served a bench warrant on a subject identified as FELICIA NICOLE FISHER, age 24, of Sunflower Drive, Ephrata, PA following a traffic stop on Meadow Valley Road in Warwick Township. NLCPRD identified the passenger as FISHER, with an existing bench warrant for failure to appear in Lebanon County. FISHER was transported to the Lancaster County Prison awaiting further legal process by the Lebanon County Sheriffs Office.
