NLCRPD responded to a crash in the area of Lititz Pike and E. Woods drive. Samuel Dejesus of Lancaster, PA was driving a Chevy SUV and stopped in the south bound lane of 501 for a school bus with activated red flashing lights (which was in the north bound lane). He was then rear ended by a Chevy Pickup with a trailer driven by Sean Cowden of Lancaster, PA. A citation was issued to Cowden for following to closely 3310a PAVC.
