NLCRPD patrols served an arrest warrant on charges filed by the NLCRPD for a Sex Offender Registration Requirements violation upon a fugitive identified as SAWYER QUENTIN SLUSSER, age 27, of no fixed address. SLUSSER was originally taken into custody by the Elizabethtown Borough Police Department after a field contact with SLUSSER. The EBPD determined that SLUSSER was a wanted subject, and transferred SLUSSER to NLCRPD custody for further arrest booking and incarceration.
