NLCRPD was informed by LCWC that Coatesville PD was on a traffic stop with DAVID MACON SR. LCWC advised that NLCRPD does have an active arrest warrant for MACON SR. and Coatesville PD needed a hit confirmation. Same provided for a felony offense and warrant facsimile was provided via NLCRPD. MACON Sr. was detained in temporary custodial setting pending arrival of NLCRPD unit in Coatesville for transport.

NLCRPD served warrant and transported MACON Sr. to the NLCRPD for automated booking, he was then transported to the Lancaster County Prison for detention until further legal process. The subject DAVID MACON Sr., age 57, of 6th Avenue, Coatesville, PA was being held in connection with his arrest by NLCRPD on charges related to access device fraud and other related offenses. The crimes are a felony grade offense.
