On Saturday, March 20, 2021, at approximately 16:52 hours NLCRPD was conducting enforcement in the area of 1200 Lancaster Road when they observed a driver, operating a silver BMW, who subsequently appeared to avoid being seen by police. On further investigation Officers learned the owner of the vehicle and suspected driver observed, Omar IRIZARRY of Manheim, PA,  was a wanted person (drug-related) from Lebanon County. Officers completed a traffic stop on the vehicle and confirmed IRIZARRY was the operator. IRIZARRY was taken into custody without incident.

During the encounter, officers found evidence that IRIZARRY was in possession of Marijuana. IRIZARRY was transported to and released into the custody of Lancaster County Prison. Charges associated with possession of Marijuana were filed.
