On June 14, 2020  Lancaster City Police came in contact with suspect Russel Rineer of East Petersburg Borough. Rineer was a wanted person by the NLCRPD for failure to appear to charges involving the unauthorized use of a vehicle. Rineer was taken into custody, transported to NLCRPD for processing, and later released into the custody of Lancaster Co. Prison to await arraignment.
