On April 14, 2022 @ 7:20 PM NLCRPD investigated the report of an armed robbery that occurred in the 900 block of Lititz Pike. A juvenile female victim had met with an acquaintance to exchange personal property in the area. The victim had been sitting inside the acquaintance’s vehicle when another passenger brandished a handgun and forcible stole the victim's cell phone.   The victim was unharmed and exited the vehicle. The suspect fled the scene.

Upon further investigation, NLCRPD identified the suspect as JAKOBI WILLIAM FRAZIER. FRAZIER is described as an 18-year-old black male, 5’10” tall, approximately 130 pounds, brown hair, and brown eyes. His last known address is in Cecilton, Maryland. (Photo currently unavailable).

FRAZIER is currently wanted on charges associated with felony robbery and possession of a firearm having been used as an instrument of a crime. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of FRAZIER is asked to contact the NLCRPD at 717-733-0965.
