The NLCRPD Criminal Investigation Unit (CID) concluded a lengthy multi-jurisdictional retail theft investigation that involved several different Target stores and other retail establishments. The investigation originated from an event that occurred at the Target retail store in Warwick Township, in January of 2021. Over the course of several weeks, and in collaboration with other police agencies, the suspects were identified and located in the case.

One of the suspects; Neal Spencer GIBSON of New Castle Delaware is still at large.  A felony warrant has been issued for his arrest; related to criminal conspiracy to commit theft and associated crimes.  GIBSON’s current whereabouts are unknown.
