The NLCRPD is seeking assistance in the investigation of a retail theft at the Target Store in Warwick Township. The series of images are from a shop lifting incident from Target on Lititz Pike (Warwick) involving several stolen electronic devices totaling over $1000.00 in value. The shop lifting occurred on April 20th, 2020. The subject is wearing a face mask. While not spreading a contagious illness, a difficulty exists for investigators in providing at a full-face picture.
This potential setback is easily overcome because the suspect has a series of what appear to be rather poor quality (homemade / amateur/ or prison quality) but uniquely identifiable tattoos on her neck and arms. The suspect is also wearing a pair of framed glasses which in combination with the tattoos, attire, general physical description, and vehicle as depicted should provide enough of a basis to assist in identification of this suspect.
Any information should be provided to the NLCRPD via Crimewatch or by contacting the NLCRPD at 717-733-0965.
